Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the insolvency professional shall apply to the Official Liquidator in Form AOC-4 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Official Liquidator shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
