Rule 15, Bihar Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2010 [SCH-45A]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form 27 not less than ninety days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of eight thousand rupees; and the Registrar of Copyrights shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the proprietor within one hundred and twenty days of the renewal.
