Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the creditor shall apply to the Official Liquidator in Form INC-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Official Liquidator shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
