Rule 11, Uttarakhand Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2010 [SCG-XG6]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the occupier shall apply to the Chief Inspector of Factories in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Chief Inspector of Factories shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
