Surrender of certificate.—Every factor who ceases to carry on the business of factoring shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Debts Recovery Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
