Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any keeper of a printing press dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Puducherry in Form I, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every printing machine then held; and the Government of Puducherry shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
