Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a printing press who ceases to carry on the keeping of a printing press shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Puducherry in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every weapon held by him has been disposed of.
