Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a printing press shall intimate to the Government of Puducherry, in Form VIII and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Puducherry shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
