Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these regulations shall be kept at the office of the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in the custody of the telegraph authority, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal; and where the telegraph authority having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form C within twenty-one days of the succession.
