Fees.—The fee of ten thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one lakh rupees payable on any other application under these regulations shall be paid to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form H; and the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within fifteen days of its receipt.
