Regulation 2, TRAI (Forms of Service providers) Regulations, 2010 [SCG-KRB]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997); (b) "service provider" means a person carrying on the provision of internet services; (c) "licence" means a licence received, held or disposed of by a service provider in the course of the provision of internet services; (d) "Form G" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
