Application for registration.—Every foster parent carrying on the foster care of a child shall make an application for registration to the Registrar General in Form VII, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register of deaths held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
