Application for registration.—Every keeper of an old age home carrying on the running of an old age home shall make an application for registration to the Government of West Bengal in Form III, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of deaths held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
