Rule 4, West Bengal Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Licensing) Rules, 2010 [SCG-AXA]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of an old age home shall apply to the Government of West Bengal in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Government of West Bengal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
