Surrender of certificate.—Every copying agent who ceases to carry on the supply of certified copies shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Legal Services Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every document held by him has been disposed of.
