Intimation of change.—Every owner of a wharf shall intimate to the Mercantile Marine Department, in Form 5 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Mercantile Marine Department shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
