Intimation of change.—Every printer shall intimate to the Board of Film Certification, in Form V and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Board of Film Certification shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
