Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the printer shall apply to the Board of Film Certification in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Board of Film Certification shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
