Surrender of certificate.—Every applicant who ceases to carry on the filing of applications shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appellate Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form TM-A of the manner in which every mark held by him has been disposed of.
