Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a cinema within the municipal limits dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Director of Municipal Administration in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every notice of demolition then held; and the Director of Municipal Administration shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
