Application for registration.—Every sub-tenant carrying on the sub-letting of premises shall make an application for registration to the Adjudicating Officer in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every tenancy agreement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
