Periodical return.—Every mortgagee of agricultural land carrying on the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land shall furnish to the Sub-Divisional Officer, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a return in Form 3 of every patta received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for ninety days from the date on which it is furnished.
