Application for registration.—Every passport holder carrying on the holding of a passport shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form B, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every permit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
