Safe custody.—Every passport holder shall keep every employment contract to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the holding of a passport is carried on, shall record in Form B the description of every employment contract so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi within forty-five days of the close of each year.
