Intimation of change.—Every mortgagee shall intimate to the Sub-Registrar, in Form H and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sub-Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
