Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any cabin crew member dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Authority in Form CA-3, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every air operator certificate then held; and the Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
