Intimation of change.—Every owner of a dangerous or offensive trade shall intimate to the Development Authority, in Form B and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Development Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
