Surrender of certificate.—Every brewer who ceases to carry on the working of a brewery shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Punjab in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every sample held by him has been disposed of.
