Safe custody.—Every allottee of evacuee property shall keep every plan of the land to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the occupation of evacuee property is carried on, shall record in Form 3 the description of every plan of the land so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Custodian of Enemy Property within fifteen days of the close of each year.
