Appeal.—An appeal against an order made under these rules shall be preferred by the allottee of evacuee property aggrieved by it in Form 7 within one hundred and eighty days of the communication of the order, and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against, a statement of the grounds of appeal and a fee of ten thousand rupees; and an appeal preferred after that period shall be accompanied by a statement of the reasons for the delay.
