Application for registration.—Every allottee of evacuee property carrying on the occupation of evacuee property shall make an application for registration to the Custodian of Enemy Property in Form 1, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every parcel of land held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
