Surrender of certificate.—Every transporter of hazardous chemicals who ceases to carry on the transport of hazardous chemicals shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Fire Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every stock held by him has been disposed of.
