Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of an old age home shall apply to the Maintenance Tribunal in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees, and the Maintenance Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
