Intimation of change.—Every keeper of an old age home shall intimate to the Maintenance Tribunal, in Form VI and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Maintenance Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
