Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a teleport shall apply to the Board of Film Certification in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Board of Film Certification shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
