Surrender of certificate.—Every association of allottees who ceases to carry on the management of common areas shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Adjudicating Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every brochure held by him has been disposed of.
