Surrender of certificate.—Every developer who ceases to carry on the development of a Special Economic Zone shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Karnataka in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ANF-2A of the manner in which every export order held by him has been disposed of.
