Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the developer shall apply to the Government of Karnataka in Form ANF-5A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Government of Karnataka shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
