Intimation of change.—Every operator of a citizen service centre shall intimate to the Lokayukta, in Form B and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Lokayukta shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
