Surrender of certificate.—Every registered valuer who ceases to carry on the valuation of assets of a company shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Puducherry in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form AOC-4 of the manner in which every certificate of incorporation held by him has been disposed of.
