Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the captive generating plant owner shall apply to the Authority in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
