Surrender of certificate.—Every captive generating plant owner who ceases to carry on the operation of a captive generating plant shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every tariff held by him has been disposed of.
