Rule 28, Rajasthan Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2009 [SCE-TQZ]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the publisher of an official notice shall apply to the Review Committee in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Review Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
