Surrender of certificate.—Every export oriented unit who ceases to carry on the manufacture of goods for export shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authorised Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form SEZ-2 of the manner in which every importer-exporter code held by him has been disposed of.
