Application for registration.—Every export oriented unit carrying on the manufacture of goods for export shall make an application for registration to the Authorised Officer in Form SEZ-1, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of origin held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
