Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a private security service in a cantonment who ceases to carry on the provision of security services in a cantonment shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Station Commander in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
