Surrender of certificate.—Every seller of goods on an electronic platform who ceases to carry on the sale of goods on an electronic platform shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every package held by him has been disposed of.
