Intimation of change.—Every seller of goods on an electronic platform shall intimate to the Controller, in Form D and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Controller shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
