Intimation of change.—Every scrapping facility shall intimate to the Regional Transport Authority, in Form 2 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Transport Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
