Surrender of certificate.—Every carrier who ceases to carry on the carriage of passengers to India shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the civil authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form S of the manner in which every certificate of naturalisation held by him has been disposed of.
